This is a personal blog. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit or contact me through this site, and how it is handled.

What I Collect

Contact form submissions — when you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are submitted via Netlify Forms and stored in my Netlify account. I use this information solely to reply to your message. Nothing else.

Analytics — this site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how content is performing. It collects anonymised data: pages visited, time on page, country-level location, device type, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is collected. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via the cookie banner — you can opt out at any time.

Cookies — this site uses cookies for two purposes: (1) to store your cookie consent preference, and (2) for Google Analytics if you have accepted analytics cookies. No cookies are set for advertising or remarketing.

What I Don’t Do

  • I do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to anyone.
  • I do not use your contact details for marketing or newsletters.
  • I do not run advertising of any kind on this site. Analytics data is used solely to understand which content is useful — never for ads.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms. See Netlify’s privacy policy for how they handle data.

Images are served via Cloudinary. See Cloudinary’s privacy policy for their data practices.

Google Analytics is used for site performance measurement. Data is processed by Google LLC. See Google’s privacy policy for details. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your Rights

If you have submitted a message via the contact form and want that data deleted, email me and I will remove it within 30 days. Use the contact page to reach me.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, the date below will be updated. There are no automatic notifications — check back if it matters to you.
